Residential construction that should not feel like a gamble
We are the residential construction company that publishes its operating standards, commits to written schedules, and quotes the same price to every customer. We do not claim to be the cheapest builder. We do not claim to be the fastest.
We were founded to close a gap.
Most residential contractors operate on tribal knowledge passed verbally between foremen. Pricing shifts based on what the customer looks like they can pay. Scopes are kept ambiguous on purpose. Schedules exist only on paper. The customer learns on the job, sometimes badly, what the project actually costs and how long it actually takes.
We were founded by operators who came to residential construction from two different directions — one from the build side, one from the customer-experience side. After four years of refining how the work actually gets done, we documented what was working. That document became The Awesome Group Standard: a five-phase operating system supported by seven operating commitments that govern how every project is planned, supervised and finished.

No demolition begins until the design is signed, the scope is documented, and the schedule is committed in writing.

A single Project Manager owns each project from contract to walkthrough. The customer always knows who to call.
Real pricing, same for everyone.
The price we quote is the price we charge. We do not change pricing based on the customer's neighborhood, car, or perceived budget.
The schedule is a promise.
When we commit to a date, we hit it. When something genuinely shifts, we tell the customer the day we know.
The job site is the customer's home.
When the crew leaves at the end of each working day, the home is left tidy. The rest of the home stays livable for the family.
