Which of the four disciplines do I need?

Kitchen remodeling is the whole room. Custom cabinetry and millwork, countertops and stone, and islands and layouts are the three parts that most often decide it — and most kitchens are a combination. Tell us how the room fights you and we will tell you which it is.

Do you design as well as build?

Yes. Design, custom cabinetry, stone and construction are managed by one team, and the design happens before construction: Discovery, Architectural Planning, then Selections & Final Design — every drawing and every material settled before demolition.

Will we be without a kitchen?

For a full remodel, yes — the kitchen is offline during construction. We help you set up a temporary kitchen, protect the rest of the house with daily dust control, and you can see every day's progress in the app.

How is it priced?

From one rate sheet, whatever the zip code, applied to a scope that is written line by line before you sign. Anything that changes after that becomes a written change order with a price on it, signed by you — never a number that appears for the first time on the final invoice.

Who checks the work?

Your Project Manager does, at every trade and every stage, against the written standard — and every inspection is documented in the app with photos before the next trade starts on top of it. Nothing gets covered up on trust.

Where do I see the schedule?

You open the app. Every day on site is photographed into it, and the schedule lives there too — what moved, what is happening this week and what is planned for the next two — so you never have to call anyone to find out what happened at your house today.

What if it runs late?

If we do not deliver your project through the final checklist by the completion date on your signed schedule, we take 5% off the entire project — not 5% of the delay, 5% of the whole job. We can put our own money behind the date because the schedule is built in planning, watched every day and reviewed against the written standard at every stage.
