Frisco
Home-office addition
420 sq ft single-story rear addition with a sound-managed office
What we build
Residential only. Dallas–Fort Worth only. The same written standard on every one of them.
Why people call us
They move because a house ran out of room. Everything else about it — the neighbors, the schools, the twelve-minute commute, the tree in the front yard — usually works fine. That is an expensive way to solve a square-footage problem.
An addition, a remodel or a kitchen happens once. You live inside the result for twenty years. So we would rather you spend that money on the part of your life that is already working.
Family-owned since 2021

More about us
How we work
Most contractors have "sign the contract" and "start swinging hammers." Two full planning phases come before construction here — which is why the budget holds. The full Standard
Led by the Account Success Manager
Before we talk price, we listen. The ASM visits the home, understands what the family is trying to accomplish, and prepares a Feasibility Report. If we are not the right fit, we say so before you have spent a dollar.
Planning Team executes
We do not break ground — we plan. Architectural drawings, MEPs, structural and energy reports, and every permit the city requires. You approve the floor plan before anything else moves.
Led by the Account Success Manager
Cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures — chosen with 3D renders so you see the home before it is built. Then the budget, the schedule and the scope are locked.
Led by the Project Manager
A dedicated PM runs the build, holds an 8:30 AM daily team meeting, and inspects against written quality standards. Daily updates from the PM, weekly written updates from the ASM.
ASM with the PM
Final walkthrough, signed punchlist, lien releases from every subcontractor, and a workmanship warranty issued in writing. We stay reachable afterwards.
Our guarantee
5%We deliver your project through the final checklist by the completion date on your signed schedule — or we take 5% off the entire project.
Not 5% of the delay. 5% of the whole job.
Almost every contractor gives you a date. Almost none of them put their own money behind it. We can, because the schedule is not a hope — it is built in planning, watched every day, and reviewed against the written standard at every stage.

Questions
Four things, all residential: additions, full remodels, custom kitchens and ground-up new homes — across Dallas–Fort Worth only. Every one of them is built by the same team to the same written standard, the AG Standard.
In 113 communities across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Same rate sheet, same standard and the same Project Manager model in every one of them — the zip code does not change the price or the process.
From one rate sheet, whatever the zip code, applied to a scope that is written line by line before you sign. Anything that changes after that becomes a written change order with a price on it, signed by you — never a number that appears for the first time on the final invoice.
If we do not deliver your project through the final checklist by the completion date on your signed schedule, we take 5% off the entire project — not 5% of the delay, 5% of the whole job. We can put our own money behind the date because the schedule is built in planning, watched every day and reviewed against the written standard at every stage.
You open the app. Every day on site is photographed into it, and the schedule lives there too — what moved, what is happening this week and what is planned for the next two — so you never have to call anyone to find out what happened at your house today.
Your Project Manager does, at every trade and every stage, against the written standard — and every inspection is documented in the app with photos before the next trade starts on top of it. Nothing gets covered up on trust.
We do. Drawings, stamped engineering where the structure changes, the permit and every city inspection are handled and attended by your Project Manager. You are told when; you are never sent.
Send the address, a few photos and the rough idea. We will tell you honestly what it is — an addition, a remodel, a kitchen, or a problem you should not spend money on yet — before you have spent a dollar finding out. From there it is Discovery, the first of our five phases.

Most families who move did not want a different house. They wanted more of the one they had. Here is how to tell which one you are, before you call anyone.

The permit, the structure, the seam, and living through it. The four things people worry about most, in the order we deal with them.

The most expensive things in a renovation are the ones you never see again. Here is what gets inspected and photographed at your house before any wall is covered, and why it changes the invoice.
